Shipping & Return

Delivery time

We aim to ship orders out within 3 business days. Depending on the shipping method you selected, and your destination address, orders can take 3-7 business days to reach you. Delivery time does not include the time it takes to process your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt.

Tracking Orders

We will send you a shipment notification via email the day your package ships. Also, your tracking number will always be posted in your online account in the event you do not receive the email sent by USPS or UPS. Simply login to your account and look at your order history to see the tracking number for your order.

Return Policy

Our products were manufactured with you in mind. We’re confident that you’ll love them, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us at shop@auranebeauty.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be able to assist with processing the return and a refund.

Cab’s Professional ensure consumer’s satisfaction guarantee. Products must be returned and received within 30 days from receiving your purchase package. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted from refund. Cost of shipping and handling varies by order.
